Ingredients
Rooibos (Aspalathus Linearis), Chaste tree, Nettle, Raspberry leaf, Rose petals, Raspberry flavouring
Preparation
Steep one teabag in 250 ml of pre-boiled water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60 °C.
Note: Do not boil the teabags as this may cause the plant-based teabag to tear open.
