RETURNS:

• We cannot accept returns on any opened consumable products. Should there be a quality issue, we will be most happy to resolve it.
• Incorrect orders should be reported to orders@carmientea.shop within 3 days of receipt of the order.
• Should you wish to exchange any product(s), said products may be returned to us at your own cost within 3 days of receipt of your order.
• Product(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• In cases unrelated to quality or incorrect deliveries, the cost of courier or postage will be for your own account.
• No cash refunds can be given.
• Should you have purchased tea ware that is faulty, or have experienced breakages during delivery, please email orders@carmientea.shop within 3 days of receipt of your order.
