Why cold brew?

Cold Brew teas are specially developed to be used in cold water. Using cold water instead of hot water extracts more of the flavours, but slower, over time. The result? A smooth, sweet, cleaner tasting tea. This is because cold water extracts a different chemical balance from the tea than hot water.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

5-25Ā°C (41-77Ā°F)

Steeping Time

10 minutes
Use one teabag per 250ml of cold or room temperature water. Steep for 10-30 minutes in the fridge. Stir or shake occasionally. Remove teabags and enjoy with or without ice. Refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

Lost love

I had the great fortune to get my hands on 2 packs of this tea at Doschem on a end of range sale. I absolutely fell in love with it and so did my boys. Only sad part is that I have not been able to find it again and it's been a year now. I love the fruity taste and it does not need anything added. Naturally sweet and aromatic.
