Our Nursing rooibos tea in a convenient tea envelope with a single teabag, ideal for when you’re on the go. The pack contains 90 envelopes.

CarmiƩn Nursing rooibos tea is a specially formulated blend to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of fenugreek, fennel and aniseed work together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine-, sugar- and kilojoule-free and can assist in weight loss. Vanilla and Aniseed give a smooth slightly liquorice flavour. For best results drink 4-6 cups daily hot or cold

Please do not drink while pregnant.

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60Ā° C.
